Are you a trading or factory ?

We are a trading with direct factories, some factory we have shareholders. And some don’t have right for exporting. 

What is your MOQ ?

Different products the MOQ is differnet based on your requirments, and if we have stock 1-3carton is ok.

Clients have differnet factory suppliers, could you load different products together ?

Yes, we could make LCL shipping and Container loading together from different suppliers in our warehouse. 

Can you make OEM service ?

Yes, we could make your own design not only for prooducts but also package. Professional designer teams.

What is your payment terms ?

TT DA  DP  LC OA; flexiable for different clients

What is your delivery time ?

Usually is around 25-30days, if we have stock then 5-7days is ok for delivery. 

Does your products can pass USA test? Do you have any certificate to show?

Yes. Not only USA test, but also European standards, we have ROHS, EN71-1..11, LFGB, CA PROP 65, AB1109, UL certification.

Could you offer translator ?

English; Russion; spanish; French; Germany language sales are available. 

Will you attend Canton fair ?

We will attend canton fair Twice a year and also some foreign fair 

How is your sample terms ?

Free sample is acceptable, but the delivery expense should be discuss.
