Q4: How long is the production lead time?
OEM products: about 30-45 days after deposit received and all the artworks confirmed. Stock products: 10-20days. Urgent order will be handled individually depends on the specific case.
Q5: How about the sample policy?
Samples are for free. However, you have to pay the cost of courier by express.
Q6: Does samples available before order?
Yes, stock products sample can be shipped out in 3 days, and customized products will be sent within 7 days.
