Q2: Can you send samples before our ordering the items? A: Yes, sample can be free if little quantity, but I'm afraid the freight charge needs to be paid by your side.
Q3: How about the shipment? Please provide us with a detailed address. We generally choose Alibaba logistics, of course, you can also choose freight forwarding company.
Q4: How long we can get a customized samples? TRANSMO: It will be spent 3-7 days.
Q5: What's your payment term? TRANSMO: 30% deposit in advcance by T/T, balance 70% paid when goods ready by T/T also. Samll amount payment could be paid 100% amount by T/T or paypal. Please confirm everything clearly before you make payment.
