PED-T EVA Film for PDLC Smart Film
Operation Procedure (take 5mm glass+0.38mm film+5mm glass for example)
Sandwich film between two glasses, fix all corners with wood tape in case of displacement→Turn on vacuum pump for 5~10 minutes, mak sure silicone bag no air left→Put into furnance, heating up to 60~65℃ (glass surface), holding temperature 15 minutes→Go on heating up to 90~115℃ (glass surface), holding temperature 40~60 minutes→Cool down under 60℃ (glass surface), then turn off vacuum pump →Open furnance, take out glass.
Application
Apply to conference room partition, outdoor advertisement LED laminated glass.
