Double Stages Vacuum Transformer Oil Dehydration Degassing Purifier
1. It is widely used in oil purification for aging transformer insulation oil. it can remove water, gas, acetylene, acid, free carbon efficiently, and improve the BDV of transformer oil. Thus, the oil can meet the using standard again.
2. Besides it also can be used as an independent vacuum drying unit and oil refilling machine for transformer and GIS device.
3. Custom designs are available, like custom name plate, enclosure and trailer etc.


WORKING PRINCIPLE


The machine is developed for transformer oil degasification, dehydration and filtration processing onsite at outside, according to the principles of vacuum separation, precision mechanical filtration, molecular adsorption and vacuum drying etc, It can work without any auxiliary mechanical equipment. The vacuum drying principle of oil-water saturation temperature curve to carry out three-dimensional & multi-level oil-water separation technology, and multi-stages high-throughput deep-seated precision filtering technology to degas, dehydrate, filter and restores dielectric strength in insulating oil. Through the dehydrator, degassing, filtration processes, the dissolved gases and moisture, solid particulate, contamination can be completely removed out.
