Raw Materials and Production Process
The main raw materials of meltblown fabric are polypropylene, polyurethane, and polylactic acid, which are composed of these three raw materials. The PP nucleating agent, which promotes the crystallization of the resin by providing crystal nuclei, and makes the structure of the crystal grains finer, thereby improving the rigidity, heat distortion temperature, dimensional stability, product strength, toughness, transparency and surface gloss of the product. The nucleating agent RQT-CH is used as a nucleating agent for rigidity and high gloss. The microscopic mechanism of action is based on the formation of a large number of uniform and smaller crystal grains.
