A1:How can I visit your factory? We are a company with our own trade department and factory. If you want to visit our factory, you will need to fly to Beijing. And we are very glad that you can visit the factory.We will have a special person to receive you.
Q2:How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass producing?
A2:We always keep hot-selling goods in stock, so after the confirmation of your order, we could send them out within 3 days. And if we are out of stock, we are going to need 15-45 working days to produce the product.
Q3:What's package do you use for the products?
A3:We have professional package for the products, normally we use carton boxes which have our logo on the surface, but you can choose neutral packing as well.
Q4:Any MOQ on products?
A4:We understand that customers need several small-amount orders for testing or quality checking. But after the confirmation of the product, 200 pieces is our MOQ.
