TCH SS CARTRIDGE FILTER HOUSING

 

TCH 3 – 7 Rounds

 

I. Features

 

 

V-Band clamp top closure to allow quick filter cartridge changing.

Side inlet and outlet.

Designed for commercial and industrial applications. Different connection such as NPT,flange and victaulic coupling are available.

Built in 1/2” air vent,1/2” gauge ports and 1/2” drain.

Construction material of SUS304 and SUS316L are available.

Cups and springs are supplied as standard to eliminate by pass filtration.

Standard housing accepts 2.5” DOE filter cartridge.

Max. Operating pressure: 150 psi(10 bar) at 250 ℉(120 ℃).

Max. Operating temperature: 250 ℉(120 ℃).

Sealing material: standard Buna-N ( EPDM/Viton/Teflon is available).

Finishing: standard poly coat ( glass bead blasting/ electro polishing is available).

Connection: standard MNPT (MBSP/Victaulic coupling/RF flange is availble).

Cartridge length: 10”/20”/30”/40”

Quantity of cartridges: 3,4,5 and 7 rounds.

Cartridge type: 10” to 40” melt blown and string wound type.
