1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company? A: We are a garment factory with more than 200 workers, 10 000 sqm workshop. We do a full process of production from knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, checking, ironing and packing. We have our own designers and are capable to provide customized service for you.
2. Q: What is your MOQ? A: For stock items, MOQ is 2 pieces. Mixed colors, sizes and mixed models are acceptable. Sample order is also welcome. For OEM items, needs to be negotiated.
3. Q: What's your payment terms? A: T/T, Paypal, Western Union, Credit card. We will submit Trade Assurance order on Alibaba, protect your money from payment to delivery. Order amount below $2000 is 100% prepayment.
4. Q: What about the production lead time? A: Our production lead time is 2-7 days for stock items, and for customized products to be negotiated.
