Application:

Y81 series of hydraulic metal baler are mainly used in recycling companies, steel plants, ferrous & non-ferrous smelting industry to press the metal scraps(iron,steel, copper, aluminium, discarder sutomoblils) into acceptable fumace charges or shapes(cuboid, cylinder or octagon), convenient for storing, and can reduce the cost of transportation and smelting, increase speed of fumace charging.

Features:

1)Hydraulic drive for all machine types, manual valve control or PLC control.

3)The structure is durable, no footing bolts needed in installation; diesel engine can be equipped or generator for power.

6) Bale-discharging: turn bag or push bag or using forklift to make the bale out.

Packaging: host nude packing, parts can be in wooden cases, or as your requirement. Shipping:usually 20-30 days after your deposit payment, more exactly time pls contact us.

Q:What Payment terms we accept  ?

1.We usually accept 30% deposit by TT as deposit for regular size machine, balance before shipment. 

And 50% deposit by TT as deposit for customized machine, balance before shipment.

Q:Delivery time

1.Vertical baler needs about 20 days after receiving deposit.

2.Horizontal balers under 315 tons need about 45 days after receiving deposit and above 400 tons need about 75 days after receiving deposit.

Q: How to Install ?

1.For vertical baler machines, no need to install.  This kind of machine is exported by complete unit. 

When you receive the machine, you only need to connect it with the power (usually 3 phase, 380V), and fill the hydraulic oil (HF#46or #68) as per user manual. 

2.For horizontal machines, we can provide installation service. Installation and training are free, but our technician’s charges of freight tickets, hotels and food etc are on your account.

Q:Voltage

Usually it requires 380V, 3 phase,50-60Hz. 

We also can design different voltages according to your requirement, such as 220V,415V, 450V etc. 

You just need to tell us your voltage value before manufacturing.

Q:How long it takes for a bale?

Usually, it takes 30-35s for one cycle, then the time needed will depend on manual feeding speed and baling speed.
