All the symbols on the equipment should be in English and Chinese, Seller is responsible to provide general layout plan, installation direction, and manual bood to buyer on time.
After machine are delivered to customer's factory, buyer is responsible for all preparation worke, e.g. electrictly supply, gas supply, labors and carnes if to uper floor. Etc.
For machine receiving, remove the package, check the surface for the machine, include the electrical cable joints, the screws and so on. the photos of damage or default should be provided within 24hours.
The machine should be placed on a flat hard ground, keep away at least 0.5m away from the heat source, and make sure it is in frount or back of the earloop machine at leat 1m distance, left and right at least 1m space for further easy to operate.
According to the voltage requirements on the nameplate of the equipment, connect the external correct voltage (ensure that the equipment is well grounded).
LC can support engineer to customer's side for machine installation and training, for the round-trip air ticket, and all the expenses generated in Customer's country, e.g. meals,accommodation and allowance of USD 150 per day for each engineer.
During the warranty time, LC will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. if the malfunctions are caused by incorrect operations LC will provide the spare parts at cost price.
Machine will be in maintenance all life, LC will provide technical guide and spare parts with cost price out of warrant time.
