A:Yes, we have our own R&D team. You can communicate your requirements with us, our engineers will give you a drawing
confirmation, and then the production department will complete the product.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q4. What about the lead time?
A:Because we have a wide range of products, some commonly used equipment and consumables are in stock, and we can ship them when we receive the payment. Some customized products have a delivery period of 2-6 weeks depending on the production cycle.
Q5. What kind of warranty can you provide?
A:For equipment, we provide a one-year warranty period for the main parts after commissioning.But consumables are not covered by the warranty.If the product is damaged due to the transportation process, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.
