Q: Is LEADSUN a manufacturer or trading company? A: LEADSUN is an original factory for school furniture and waiting chairs, so it has a competitive price with good quality.
Q: May I have a sample order for testing? A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
Q: What is the MOQ? A: Normally MOQ would be one 20GP or one 40GP, subject to the type of seating products you ordered. Orders less than MOQ are still acceptable base upon different shipping terms
Q: What are the shipping terms? A: FOB GUANGZHOU for order above MOQ. EX-WORK for order less than MOQ, we could arrange shipping for EX-WORK order, but all shipping cost would be at buyer’s cost.
Q: What is the payment terms? A: Normally it will be telegraphic transfer: 30% deposit before production. 70% balance by T/T before loading container.
Q: What is the lead time? A: It will take about 3-5 days for sample, and the time of mass production depends on the type of product and quantity you order.Normally it’s 25-30 days.
Q: How long will my chairs be warranted? A: Normally LEADSUN will provide 5 years warranty to our original purchaser of new products from the date of purchase.
Q: Can you provide ODM/OEM service? A: Yes, any legal information could be printed on the products, but please inform us formally before production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample when the order is more than 1000pcs.
