Product Description & Applications:
The sanitary hygienic stainless steel check valve is also called non-return valve. It is installed in pipeline systems to keep
fluids from flowing backwards. The sanitary non return valve is made of SUS304 or 316L stainless steel, meeting the strict
sanitary requirements for different kinds of food and chemical processing applications. The surface of the check valve is smooth and seamless and it is also suitable for steam and CIP system.

The sanitary hygienic stainless steel check valves are widely installed into the pipeline of processing and production lines of food, dairy, beverage, beer, pharmaceutical and chemical mediums. The processing systems are:
* C.I.P. (clean in place) facilities & systems
* Liquid blending & mixing systems
* Aseptic dosing systems

Working Principle:
Automatic open and close the valve disc through the flow pressure of medium, the pressure of the lower part of the valve stem exceeds the pressure of the upper part or spring pressure, valve disc open, the pressure of both returned to balance, when the valve disc closed, the media flows back.
