Features
1.This machine is the latest generation of insole moulding machine that can efficiently press
a flat midsole in a mold to a specified shape.
2.With advanced control system, operator can switch between single and double cylinders
at will.
3.According to personal habits, operator can switch between single-hand operation or
two-hand operation mode, and operator can select 8 groups, 10 groups or 12 groups of
light control protection according to personal operation proficiency to set different
sensing sensitivities.
4.Automatically stop and alarm when machine work is abnormal, at the same time, screen
automatically indicate the cause of failure.
5.Equipped with a large cylinder with 80 tons of pressing pressure which brings better
molding effect.
6.Isolated tank keeps the hydraulic oil from spattering and makes machine clean.
7.An independent cooling system makes oil temperature stable so that product quality is
