Q: How do we place order?
A: Please contact us by mail, phone call or leave us message for us to understand your order details. We'll make PI with necessary cooperation details along with bank account information for you to arrange payment. We'll obey the PI terms to fullfill our obligations to prepare your ordered products.
Q: Can I have our logo imprinted on product?
A: Yes, we can do product imprint by laser etching, silkprint, pad printing etc.
Q: Can you provide SDK/API for our product integration and program my own APP?
A: Yes, we can offer SDK and blue tooth protocal when you place order.
Q: If I want to change package, can you make our own package?
A: OEM package may require MOQ like 3000pcs, smaller q'ty of OEM package would cause cost up much.
Q: How can I make payment?
A: Small amount can be transferred through Alibaba online service, paypal, western union. Large amount can be transferred to our company bank account.
Q: Are your products environment friendly and safe to use?
A: Our products adopted safe technology of blue tooth and use environment friendly materials, they passed CE, FCC, Rohs tests. They are green product and safe to use.
