Introduction

It is suitable for filling and standing procedures of battery capacitors. It adopts vacuum and thenfilling and then standing. The electrolyte accuracy, absorption consistency and high reliability.

 

Main features

One machine includes filling and standing functions;

* Has extremely high measurement accuracy and repeat consistency;

*The injection accuracy is ±0.5%, and the injection volume is 0.2 ml~200 ml;

Filling workflow

*Put the product into the vacuum chamber;

*Press the start switch, and press down on the transparent sealed upper cavity, so that the battery is in a sealed vacuum cavity;

* Vacuum, after reaching the vacuum degree and the set time, it will automatically inject liquid. After filling one product, the hand-operated worktable can switch to another product to inject liquid, and so on.

*Then the system will automatically stand still;

*After standing still, take out the product to complete.

Remarks: The vacuuming time and standing time can be set according to the situation.

*Vacuum source: vacuum pump 2 liters/sec, above -98KPa, or pipeline vacuum (above -98KPa);
