Q: How many days for sample?
A: Sample time: 3-7days
Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: Mass production time: 10~35days (Depends on the Qty) after sample approved.
Q: Are your samples free or need cost?
A: Actually it depends on the samples quantity. As usual we offer free samples.
Q: When can I get the price?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
Q: How about the shipping way?
A: (1). If the order is not big, door to door service by courier is okay, such as TNT, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS etc to all countries.
(2). By air or sea through your nomination forwarder is the normal way.
(3). If you don't have your forwarder, we can find the cheapest forwarder to ship the goods to your pointed port.

A: Before production, we send the pre-production sample to customers for approval. During the production we produce the goods strictly according to the approved samples. When 1/3 to 1/2 of goods was produced, we inspect the goods for first time. Before packing, we inspect the goods for second time. Before shipment, we inspect the goods for third time, and we send the shipment samples to customers for confirm again. After customers confirmed the shipment samples, we arrange the shipment.
