Product OEM/ODM:
Q1: Is it ok to print the logo on the product ?
A: Yes. For logo less than 3 pantone colors, it is no problem. For full color logo, please send the design for our checking first.
Q2: Can we develop our own models?
A: Yes. If you have your own idea, you can let us know. We will design and send the drawing which can meet your needs.
If you have your own drawing, please send it. We will calculate and set the tooling for you.
For ODM item, it is 100% exclusive to you. We will not display or show to any 3rd party.
Package:
Q1: What type of pacakge do you offer?
A: Our standard package is bubble bag+white box.
Q2: Do you offer OEM?
A: Yes. You can do the design based on our die-cut/ tempelate. You can also do your own template and send it for our checking
before design.
Delivery time:
Q1: What's your production lead time?
A: Usually it is 40-45 days after deposit. If we have stock material, it can be sooner.
Q2: What is the sample lead time?
A: For regular sample, it could be sent in 5 workdays. For OEM sample, it could be sent in 10 workdays. For mock-up sample, it
could be sent in 25 workdays.
Quality:
Q1: How can I make sure the mass production is same as the pic I saw?
A: We can do the preproduction sampel and take picture for your checking. And if required, we can send the preproduction sample to
you.
Q2: How can I make sure that the product are produced in good condition?
A: For each shipment, we have 100% production line inspection and radom inspection based on AQL 2.5-4.0 by our own side. We could
send you the inspection pic/video if required. What's more, customer can arrange the insepction from 3rd party or by his own QC.
Q3: Which audit for you have?
A: We have BSCI, SEDEX and ISO9001.
