Product Structure
There are 3 layers in this airtight and waterproof TPU coated 210D nylon oxford farbic.
The first layer is water repellent, it makes the surface of the fabric waterproof.
The middle one is basic fabric. It’s 210D nylon oxford fabric with excellent tearing and tensile strength.
The bottom layer is TPU Film. It makes the fabric to be completely waterproof and airtight. The soft and elastic TPU layer could increase the tearing and tensile strength of the fabric.
Product Uses
This TPU medical fabric could be widely used in anti-bedsore mattress, medical massage bed, Oxygen bag, blood pressure cuff, tourniquet, life jacket, immersion suit, waterproof bags, outdoor backpack, map case,Ipad case,Phone case, basin, water bucket, water bladder, dry bags, storage bag, inflating tent, airbag, inflatable helium RC airship, hot-air balloon… etc.

Production Flow
Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.
Step2) TPU laminated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.
Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
Step4)Delivery.
Packaging
100Y/Roll+Hard paper pipe +EPE+ PE bags+woven bag+pallet, as per costumers' demand.
