William Zonfa, Michelin star chef, decided to embark on new culinary adventures by launching this entrepreneurial initiative in July 2020.
The first one is Pregiata Abruzzese, which is a selection of products that includes also pasta, extra virgin oil, and lentils destined to the foreign markets.
"Pregiata Abruzzese" is the result of a careful selection of the best regional products of Abruzzo, from the saffron of L'Aquila D.O.P (Zafferano de L'Aquila DOP) to the truffle of Fagnano Alto, from the wine of Tocco da Casauria to the pear tomato of Abruzzo.
These products are primarily destined to the Chinese market, in which the chef has managed to make himself known and appreciated over the years. Therefore, as a guarantee of excellence, the chef will place on the labels the words "William Zonfa selection" together with the newborn brand.
"It is designed for the most demanding palates, always looking for poetic sensations, an inimitable taste and new emotions to share".
The selection of Abruzzo products, coming from the various companies, will be marketed under the Pregiata Abruzzese brand.
