1. Product  Description

Introduction of sawdust logs briquettes machine  :

sawdust briquette charcoal making machine is a widely application energy-saving equipment which can make full use of 

all kinds of agriculture wastes to turn them into high calorific value biomass fuel rods. The raw material can be straw, peanut shell. Corn cob, tree branch, wood waste, wood sawdust, wood shavings, rice husk, rice shell, coconut shell, sunflower husk, dry grass, corn stalk, etc. 

 

 

2 .Raw Material of sawdust briquette production line:

Th e biomass briquette machine has various raw materials such as sawdust, wood shavings,

bamboo shavings, bark, branches, walnut, chestnut shell, cotton stalk, ZhiMaGan, corn stover,

sunflower stalk, big haulm, rice husk, bagasse, corn cob and other raw material crushing

(under 6 mm in diameter, such as rice husk, sawdust without crushing) through mechanical

extrusion after four, six arrises edges or square perforated molding fuel.

3.Process for sawdust briquette as follow:
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 5mm)
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 10%
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
5. Carbonized the briquette stick 
6. Complete charcoal production lines include crusher, drier, charcoal briquette machine,carbonization furnace.

4.Final briquettes made by wood briquette machine

1) Final wood briquettes and bbq charcoal briquettes made by wood briquette machine artotally natural without adding any binder inside.
