Q: What is your MOQ ? A: Solid color ribbon , we sell by one roll, custom printed ribbon, minimum order quantity is 1000 yard.
Q: How to get the exact price? A: Please provide the artwork,sample or details:material,size,color ,package,quantity, etc. The quotation would be sent soon.
Q: How about the sample fee? A: The stock samples are free but freight collected.The fee of new sample is according to your design and will be refunded as the bulk reaches certain quantity.
Q: Do you supply the design drawing? A: We have the designer to design it for you . you just need to show me logo pictures.
Q: How about the payment way? A: Deposit 30% before production,the balance before shipment.
Q: How long will be the delivery time? A: Usually sample 5-7 workdays,bulk 7-10 days due to the craft and quantity.
Q: How about the environmental issues? A: The products meet the OEKO-TEX 100 Certificate.
