Introduction of Hot Air Seam Sealing Machine:
Hot air seam sealing machine for rain jacket , raincoat , tent, underwear , sport wear , waterproof shoes, Our hot air seam sealing machine can be used to bond two different types of fabric with sealing films,efficient and eco-friendly,its mainly used for personal protective equipment (PPE) suit.
Features of Hot Air Welding Machine:
1. Controlled by programmable PLC with high definition display, process can be modified according to user’s requirement
2. Auto controllable temperature with high stability slightly varies between ±2℃
3. It has the functions of synchro-drive of the upper and lower wheel chain, auto compensation ,and auto reverse.
4. Double pedal control is designed according to human mechanics , simple and comfortable , suitable for long-time operation.
5. It is possible to work 24 hours continuously with high efficiency.
6.Blowing-in wind can be filtrated without oil and water by unique heater tube.
7.Auto tape loosen system, can be added according to specific requirement .
8.The function of auto tape is clipping , sending and finishing reduce the wastage of raw material .
9.Supper- thin lower column design, suitable for sealing various sizes products.
10.Production efficiency: It is available to welding about 25 piece protective suit for 1 hour, and the blue tape for one protective suit is about 10 meters.
11.Prevention mechanism: There are adjustable devices to prevent the gun from jumping over the seamed sections when the gun is moving inward with the idle wheel starting, or when the gun moving outward with the idle wheel stopping
