Our company produces blends of roasted coffee beans, ground coffee, pods and compatible capsules. We import green coffee through a careful selection of the best coffees in the world and we roast them according to the ancient Neapolitan tradition. Roasting is the most important moment to obtain an excellent blend. For this reason we use a semi-automatic roasting system with air cooling. In this way, the expert eye of a master roaster is able to monitor this delicate processing phase.
