2. Can we print our trademark/website/company name on the product?
Yes, please tell us the size of the trademark and the PANTONE code.
3. When is the delivery date for regular orders?
Inventory items, you can buy online, and then delivery within 3 - 5 days. For OEM orders, please send us your inquiry by email to let us know your requirements. Generally speaking, we can make thousands of orders within 10-20 days after confirming the order.
4. Can I have a discount?
Yes, if you order more than 500 pieces, please contact us for the best price.
5. Do you check the finished products?
Yes, every step of production and finished products will be inspected by the quality control department before shipment.
6. Can I order samples before ordering in bulk?
Yes, we know that customers need samples first, and then a sales cycle to collect orders from their customers. This is not a problem. Welcome to order samples first.
However, if the investment in new samples is not very small according to your specifications, we will ask for a small deposit,which will be repaid after the batch order is confirmed.
7. Can I put my own label and packaging on the product?
Welcome customer design, labeling, packaging (OEM & ODM) services. We have a strong R&D team to help us.
8. What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum price limit for inventory items.
For OEM services, the general minimum order quantity (MOQ) for each design is 300 pieces per model.
For your special requirements, please let us know that the minimum price is lower. We will contact our warehouse and fabric suppliers to find possible solutions.
9. Is your product quality up to standard?
At present, our products can be tested and inspected by third parties.
