Standard steel yokes are manufactured from 40Cr steel; blocks and pins are hardened to prevent premature galling and wear and for increased strength, durability, and better performance than other industrial-grade models. Plain Bearing Universal Joints are suitable for a variety of standard applications. They feature friction-bearing (pin & block) design. Our High-Strength joints are suitable for high-torque applications and for accommodating larger shaft diameters.
Cross-Type Needle-Bearing Stainless Steel Joints are high-precision universal Joints for corrosive or sanitary environments. They maintain minimal backlash over extended periods of time. They are built with roller bearings to reduce friction and deliver superior lifetime at continuous applications and high RPM.

We attended the Power Transmission and Control exhibition in Shanghai, displaying our universal joints, shafts, and cnc machined parts, bending welding and stamping parts. Many friends came to ask and discuss with us, communicating different opinions and ideas with each other.

1. Can you quote me on different quantity?
A: Yes, but usually we quote on the smallest quantity you need first as your reference. If you are interested, we can offer different prices.
2. How long will you need if I place an order?
A: For 100pcs-500pcs, we need 20-30 days. For more, we need to check with production dept.
3. How many is there in each wooden case?
A: This will depend on your demands on packing. We can provide standard and custom packing.
4. What is the difference between standard and custom packing?
A: Standard packing will be each one in an individual white box, then in bigger cartons and all in wooden case; Custom packing will be individual box with client's own design.
5. Is logo and sample available?
A: Yes they are both available. But the real effect will lead to different cost. Usually complicated ones will cost more. Sample is usually available for stock. But it needs to be paid, they are not free.
6. When can I get the sample after ordered?
A: By express, it'll take 6-7 working days to arrive.
7. Can you provide me more details about the burger smasher?
