Traditional red Tempranillo wine. Is elaborated by the traditional method of vinification, by keeping the grapes destemmed and  pressed in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. Once the must  has been separated from the grapes skins by gravity, it  starts the malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

 

Tasting Notes: It presents a ruby red color, varietal flavors with fruity character of red fruits. In the mouth is light, fresh, pleasant, smooth and easy. Good intensity aftertaste.

 

Food Pairing: Serve cold at 9-12 ºC. It goes well with any typical  foods from our native land, and it is ideal with  “tapas” or just to enjoy a few glasses with friends.
