Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally sample and mould need 15-20 days and after sample approved, the mass production need 20-30 days

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Mould cost need 100% prepaid and mass production need 30% deposite, and the balance before the shipment.
