Please remove power cords and small objects that may entangle the robot from the floor.The robot is not suitable for long-pile carpet. If the carpet has tassels, please roll up them before usage. The robot only can go through the place which is higher than 3 inches/ 8 cm. If necessary, place a barricade to block off the area or elevate the appliance. Anti-fall sensors can prevent robot from falling down stairs. But it may work less effectvely if sensor is dirty or work on reflectve or very dark floor. It is recommended to place a boundary strip to block off.
