Function:
Used to separate the steel wire from tire circle.
Operation principle:
The main working part of this machine is two relative rotary roll shafts with the same speed. When tire circle cut into the middle of two rollers, it will be extruded by roll shaft, at the same time, be squeezed, Sheared and tear by the two relative rotary rollers. And finally complete the separation of the steel wheel by many times.

This machine is used to produce the waste tyre into rubber powder or rubber crumb. It consists of rubber crusher, ring cutter, strip cutter, block cutter, steel wire separator, fiber separator, vibrating screen, conveyor belt, Magnetic separator. Through ring cutter, trip cutter, lock cutter, processing tyre into 3.5cm block. Second, using XKP-350/400/450/560 rubber crusher, it can be a colloidal. Then using rubber screen, magnetic plant and conveyer. Separate steel and powder. It can be made 5-40mesh powder.
