Raw material: Biomass wastes, such as sawdust,rice husks,coffee husks,rice straw, wheat straw,etc. Material required: Moisture 5%-12%,size3-5mm If moisture>12% may need dryer,We have air flow dryer and drum dryer. If material size >5mm will need hammer mill or wood crusher.
When begin to work,the heating circle heat the machine,then wood briqutte machine can press sawdust without any binder, sawdust pressed by high temperature and high pressure , then the screw press sawust forward,extrusion into a rod-shaped solid rod with center hole.
The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes. Inlet Moisture: less than 12%; Briquette Diameter: 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm.

Operation
1. Power on the machine.
2. V- belt starts to moving the screw.
3. The materials are put into the feeding inlet.
4. Through high temperature and high pressure, the products are made out.
5. At the end of this device,after sawdust logs reach normally 40-50cm,it will be broken and roll of the baffle.
6. The products will be transported out by the mesh belt.
PS: The finished briquette diameter: 50-80mm. The shape of briquette: hexagonal, quadrangular, etc.
Working Principle
The high temperature and high pressure zone is formed under the action of the screw propeller and the heating ring to process the loose raw material into a hollow rod body. The product has high density, small volume and good flammability, which can replace fuelwood and coal. The general product has an outer diameter of 50-80mm and a hole diameter of 15-20mm.
