Application
| X870 series snap-action switch is a kind of limit switch with elastic flip capability. One of its features is the switching speed is independent of the actuation speed, which makes it excellently suitable for low actuation speed limit switch and mechanical status testing, etc. X870 series snap-action switch is provided with a positive switch off mechanism. Even when short circuit, the welded contact pieces still can be switched off compulsively by external force, thus the snap action switch can build safety circuits. X870 series snap-action with self cleaning contacts can protect against dust, humidity and pollution agents to maintain high reliability and sensitivity even at small contact load. Thus S100 series snap-action switch is suitable for automatic operation, interlocking in low voltage and current, etc. Stable contact of the S100 series snap-action switch is made of silver with copper plating, moving contact is made of elastic phosphor copper with silver alloy contact point, it`s advanced in small dimensions, controlling reliability and high capability of current flow, etc. |
