Lead time: Normally 3-7 days. It is different with OEM/bulk order, we can confirm on actual basis.

1. Standard products: 30% deposit, 70% balance payment to be paid before shipment.
2. Customized products: 50% deposit, 50% balance payment to be paid before shipment.

Q6: What's your factory warranty?
A: CXT provide 1 year free factory guarantee(man-made damage is excluded).

Q7: Can we use our own access control system?
A: Yes, you can use your own system, CXT turnstile gates communication interface is RS232 or dry contact signal, which can be easily communicating with external devices.

Q8: What are the single core and double cores?
A: Single core: with one flap arm or one swing arm, double cores: with two flap arms or two swim arms.

Q9: How does the gates open?
A: Once it received the relay signal(dry contact), it will be opened.

Q10: If we buy your turnstile unit, can you train us?
A: Yes, long-distance video training and factory on-the-site training are available.
