POP Rivets for Soft Materials and Rivet with Clip
Multiple base materials can be fastened easily and quickly through work performed on one side.This enables speedy assembly work compared to the conventional welding method and the tapping screw method,contributing to cost reductions.Handling is easy even for first-time users.As the work requires only a lightweight fastening tool,even long hours of work is undemanding.Rivets for soft materials are available in four types:TLrivets®,SW Rivets,POP-POLYRIV®,and Hole Lock Rivets.TLrivets® are fastened with the buckling side of the rivet body spreading wide in three directions.The rivets are especially effective when used with soft workpieces and thin plates.The TLrivet® large flange is effective when the flange-side pilot hole in the soft material workpiece is largish.SW Rivet is fastened with the rivet body opening in four directions,in a peeling form.They are suitable for fastening workpieces made of resin or other soft materials.Hole Lock Rivets can be fastened through buckling on the inside of workpieces made of soft material that is not penetrated.POP-POLYRIV®,made of POM (polyacetal), can be used on parts where snow melting agent (calcium chloride) contacts automobiles,etc.Clip Rivets offer the functionality for resin clip and rivet fastening.HRrivets® are covered with a resin cap for improved waterproofing.Product Name | POP Rivets for Soft Materials and Rivet with Clip |

●The buckling part of the TL rivet fastens by spreading wide in three directions.It is highly effective in fastening workpieces made of resin or other soft materials,and in preventing these from coming off due to deformation of the pilot holes in thin plates,etc.
●Nominal diameters of TL：φ4.1、φ4.9
●For TL rivets,use special ProSetXT4-HC tools for HC rivets,when using C rivets.
●The work hole diameter of TL rivets is larger than that of standard rivets.
●Depending on the thickness of the fastening plate,fastening of TL rivets may not be completed in one operation.
●SW rivets' body opens in four directions in a peeling shape to fasten the workpiece.The rivets are suitable for fastening workpieces made of resin or other soft materials.
●The work hole diameter of SW rivets is larger than that of standard rivets.
●Nominal diameters of SW：φ3.2、φ4.0、φ4.8
●Hole Lock Rivets can be fastened through buckling on the inside of workpieces made of soft material that is not penetrated.
●POP-POLYRIV,made of POM (polyacetal),can be used on parts where snow melting agent (calcium chloride) contacts automobiles,etc.
●When using POP-POLYRIV,use ProSetXT1 or ProSetXT2 tools.

●Clip Rivets enable installation of resin attachment forms to thin plates with rivet fastening.Hrrivets® (powerful crimping) combine a resin cap with a clip function to provide high waterproofing performance. *If the product name has the notation "GJB,"the surface treatment is "GEOMET® + JL".GEOMET® is a registered trademark of NOF Metal Coatings.
