A:WPC products are much heavier than wood with the same volume. It should be placed on the flat floor for long time storage to prevent warping. We usual suggest customer to use galvanized steel pallet for WPC packing.

A:Definitely yes. Our customers can find all fitting and hardware in Kalong. We provides installation instruction and installation video to ensure the success installation. We are pretty sure that our products can meet your DIY request.
