A1: We are a manufacturer of children clothing, with a professional team and 12 years of production experience and technology.
Q2. How do you control the quality?
A2: We have passed the QC certification, and we will check it again and again before shipment to make sure it is of high quality.
Q3. Can you send me the sample? How much is the sample fee?
A3: Yes, we can send sample. There will be a charge for the sample, but we will refund the sample fee in the next order.
Q4. How to order?
A4: Step 1: Open the product page and click start Order on the right side. Step 2: Choose the size and quantity you need. Step 3:
Add to shopping cart and submit order.
Step 4: Click the Payment option.
Q5. Can I put our labels/logo on the clothes?
A5: Yes. Customization is welcomed.Please send me the size and style of the logo you need to add.
Return Policy:
1) The goods are broken due to shipping, we are not accept return, please contact us if this happened.;
2) Please contact us within 7 days if something is wrong, or it is not available to return or exchange;
3) The returned goods must be the original we sent , it must be new, the used one is not accept return or exchange;
4) Buyers should be responsible for all the extra fees to return or exchange ;
5) The shipping cost is not refunded.
6) We are not accept the goods returned due to the goods didn't delivery as per customer request arrival date, if you need goods
urgently, please contact us to check first before ordering.
