Question 1: Are you factory or trading company?
We are Manufacturer of shoelaces,elastic band,webbing and lanyard for more than 19 years.
Question 2: Do you accept small orders?
Yes, small orders will be acceptable.
Question 3: Can I make it my own logo?
Yes,customized logo on products or package is available.
Question 4: Can I get the sample from you? How long?
Stock sample for free if you're willing to pay for the express charge.
It can be sent to you immediately and 3~5days can reach you.
For custom design sample, there will be sample making cost and express charge to be paid by you.
It will take 7-10 days to make, and then send out by express.
Question 5: When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
