Q1: Are you a manufacture or a trading company? A: We are a professional manufacture, which majored in producing women's clothing. Q2: What is your delivery time? A: Usually it will only take about 3-5 working days to prepare and send out the parcel. Q3: What's the sample policy?
A: You can buy almost our sample from the store and the sample fee is refundable if there is the order later, pls mail us to check for specific details. Q4: How to control quality? A: We have QA & QC department and all the products will be 100% checked before packing. Q5: The shipping cost is too high, can you give me cheaper shipping cost or free shipping? A: When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, we can't give you any cheaper or free, please kindly understand. But we can promise that we will not ask you to pay more shipping cost, if you think it is too expensive, we can use your own shipping company or agent in China.
