A1: Please offer specifications of the products, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc.
Q2:What’s your MOQ?can I make the qty under your MOQ?
A2: MOQ is 500 decks per design.
Yes,we can make cards under 500 decks as requested,but the total costs is same as 500 decks,which makes each deck very expensive
and that's why we strongly recommend you order at least 500.
Q3:Can we get some samples? Any charges?
A3: Yes, customized sample will be charged according to your requirements, we also offer free sample for you to check quality, you
just need to cover the shipping cost.
Q4: What kind of artwork should I send for printing?
A4: 1) We prefer artwork in vector form, in PDF, AI or PSD files.
2) Please make sure to ask for template in specific formats before submitting artwork to us.
3) All artwork should be at least 300 dpi submitted in CMYK.
4) Please be sure all type in vector artwork is converted to paths/outlines.
5) Please be sure that all files linked from your art files are either embedded, or included separately.
6) If you choose PMS printing, please make sure to include all PMS numbers in the file.
Q5:How long can I get a sample and how long is the mass production lead time ?
A5: Sample time: 7-10 days, production lead time is usually about 3-4 weeks.
Q6:How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
