Material of contact material

steel metal, zirconia ceramics, Stellite alloy, fluorine rubber sealing ring, and imported ultra-high polymer UPE. The metal
material is divided into high-strength duplex stainless steel 2205 and stainless steel 316L (2205 material has better corrosion
resistance and fatigue strength than 316L), and some special configuration models will use titanium alloy or Hastelloy.

All pump inner walls and plungers are mechanically polished, and the roughness is within Ra0.1 of the mirror surface, and the
roughness of other parts and pipe joints is within Ra0.4. The roughness of the appearance part is between 0.8~1.6.
High pressure homogenizing valve module temperature control cycle
The unique high-pressure homogenizing valve module temperature control cycle design solves the high temperature problem of the
module and the material during the homogenization of the high-pressure homogenizer from the source, ensuring the activity and
homogenization effect of the material, and prolonging the service life of the homogenizing valve components. If necessary, an
external heat exchanger and a secondary dispersing valve module can be installed to control the temperature of the material at
about 15°C and evenly disperse the material to prevent agglomeration after high-pressure homogenization. Homogeneous valve seat
materials are: special alloys, ultra-fine particles of cemented carbide, high-purity ceramics, and diamonds are optional.
