Company Profile
The Delikatesse company was founded in 2000. It is based in Italy, in the municipality of Roccapiemonte, in the provice of Salerno and it is located a few kilometers from the wonderful Amalfi coast. The owners are two brothers, Michele sessa (sales manager) and Raffaele sessa (production manager).
The company produces ,with handcrafted methods, only high quality organic and non organic products. The organic products are certified by the bologna based C.C.P.B.
DELIKATESSE produces ready-made pasta sauces, jams, creams, sauces, condiments, tomatoes, canned truffle and vegetable , pickles (stuffed olives), legumes and sterilized cereals, and our chocolate hummus.
The products are packaged in jars or bottles with the exception of legumes and cereals, they are pasteurized in a bain-marie.
All products with a natural pH of 4.5 are brought to a lower pH using citric acid and wine vinegar.
All products are packaged with Italian ingredients, in the most eco-sustainable way possible, non-Italian products are used when they cannot be grown in Italy.
