Q1: How to get the quotation for my interesting item? A1:You can send us an email about the item NO. , order qty. , packing type ,etc . Then detailed quotation sheet will be offered on that day.
Q2: Is it possible that I place an order less than MOQ? A2:Yes, some designs are acceptable; You can send your enquiry with order quantity to us .
Q3: May I have the sample of my interesting item? A3:Yes, the stock sample is free available, but the courier fee will be paid on your side . To get the samples, please send us your sample request with your courier account and mail address. Normally the sample will be sent out within 1 week.
Q4: What's the payment term if I want to place an order? A4:30% deposit is requested to start the production and the balance can be paid before goods delivery or copy of B/L .
Q5: May I have my own logo on the item? A5:Yes, you can have your own logo on the item . You just need to send us your inquiry and logo , then detailed quotation sheet will be offered .
Q6: Can i make our own color box ? A6:Yes ,customized box can be made . But unit price will be higher than white box packing .
Q7: How to make sure the order was proceeded according to my request? A7:We will confirm every production details with you and will send you sample for approval before bulk production . And when the production finished, you may indicated a QC to carry out the goods inspection, or our QC will carry out the final inspection and send you photos under you request.
Q8: is OEM/ODM order possible? A8:Yes, OEM/ODM order is welcomed. If a new mould needs to be set up, the mould charges need to be on your account.
