The DRM7*** series laser rangefinder module can measure the distance, height, angle, and speed of objects within a certain distance range. The module is small in size and light in weight. It uses the RS232 serial port and can be integrated with a variety of devices. It has fast ranging time, low power consumption, and automatically powers off when not in use. The module's laser wavelength is 905nm laser, which is low in power and safe for human eyes; it can measure the distance of any object without cooperating with the target; it can use DC 3V power supply.

1.0 Ranging Ability
The Rangefinder Module's ranging distance is related to the nature of the target, the angle of the emitted beam and the target surface, and weather visibility.
1. When the target surface is smooth, bright, and the area is large, the beam is perpendicular to the target surface, and the measured distance is far in clear weather.
2. When the target surface is rough, dark, and small, the beam is inclined to the target surface, and the measured distance is close in the case of fog.
2.0 Precautions for use
1. Do not disassemble the rangefinder module to avoid damage to internal circuits and optical components.
2. Do not wipe the glass surface with your hands, please wipe with a special lens cloth.
3. Do not reverse the power supply.
4. Disconnect the power supply when not in use for a long time.
5. Store in a dry place when not in use.
6. Use the Module within the temperature range of -20°C-+40°C.
