New flakes can be make 2-d or 3-d pet fiber,filament yarn,pet strap,pet sheet ,pet film etc.

Label Remover Machine
it use to remove the labels from the bottle and separate label out
Rotary Blade made by germany import alloyed steel making for long time using,
The barrel designed with doors opening on it very easy to opening and maintenance
Bottom design with holes to drain out liquid which contained in the bottles
Crusher Machine
crushing the bottles to PET flakes,water pre-washing the dirty flakes ,cooling the blade
by 0.75kw motor open the chamber,it is easy for worker change the blade
Use D-2 blade for higher HRC,long time using (25-30 times grinder than other material),
we also can use DC-53 mateial,but the cost more higher
Bearing house is outside of the crusher chamber so no dirty goes inside for longer use.
