1. What machines do you supply?
- We have 2 production factories,
- We have 2 production factories,
One for CNC Machines, including CNC machining centers, including Vertical CNC Machining Center, Horizontal CNC Machining Center, Gantry CNC Machining Center, CNC Tapping Center etc. (Drilling and Tapping Machine)
One for EDM Machines, including EDM wire cut machine (fast speed / middle speed), EDM die sinking machine, EDM small hole drilling machine.
2. What’s your delivery time?
-\tNormally machine’s CNC machine's delivery time is 15-35 working days, and EDM machine's delivery time 10-20 working days after receiving the down payment, but actual delivery time depends on actual order.
3. What’s your payment term?
- Usually, our payment term is T/T 60% down payment and 40% before delivery. For some orders with big amount, we can also accept irrevocable letter of credit at sight.
4. What’s your quality warranty?
– Machine overall warranty is 12 Months. During buyer’s normal using, we can send you the machines’ components for free in the first one year, not damaged on purpose (Wearing parts not covered, buyer needs to pay express cost.). After warranty period, for components’ change, customers need to pay components’ basic cost and express cost.
5. Can you offer site installation and commissioning?
-\tIf not explain specially, our price doesn’t include buyer’s site installation and commissioning. For some machines, if buyer needs our engineer to go to local site to install the machine, and do commissioning and training, the buyer needs to pay for:
(1)\tAir tickets between China and buyer's destination.
(2)\tFood, board & lodging, and local transportation in buyer’s country.
(3)\tDaily allowance of USD 120/ engineer.
6. How about your service?
-\tWe’re 24 hours, 7 days available by Call, E-mail, WhatsApp, Wechat, Skype etc. When machine occurs failure, customer contact us, if we can accurately determine the cause of the malfunction and treatment measures, we will reply the customer immediately. If we can’t answer immediately, we will respond within 48 hours.
7. Can you train our engineer?
-\tIf your engineer wants to learn how to use the machine in our factory, it is OK. We can provide a cost-free training within 5 days. Teach your engineer how to operate our machine, some common problems, and how to maintain the machine etc. But your side need to take the engineer’s all cost.
8. Can I visit your company and see machines?
-\tOf course, and warmly welcome, before coming, please contact us so that we can arrange reception and car arrangement.
9. What is your machine voltage, can it be customized?
-\tMachine voltage is 380V, 50Hz, 3-phrase. If customer’s voltage is different, machine can install extra transformer. It is OK, voltage can be customized.
