1, How does the mixing mechanism of JZC concrete mixer constitute and work?
A: the mixing mechanism is the working part of the mixer, which is composed of mixing drum, supporting wheel and transmission system. The structure of the mixing drum is biconical, and the drum is welded with high and low blades, which form a certain angle with the axis of the mixing drum. With the rotation of the mixing cylinder, the blade makes the material rise and fall, at the same time, it makes the axial reciprocating stirring, so the stirring is strong and the effect is good. The mixing time of general building concrete is about 35s-45s.
A pair of discharge blades are welded inside the discharge cone of the shaking drum. When the concrete is mixed, the rotation direction of the mixing drum is changed, and the concrete is discharged from the discharge cone through the low blades and discharge blades.
The mixing drum is supported by four supporting wheels. The rotation of the mixing drum is realized by the motor driving the big gear ring installed on the cylinder through the transmission system.
