This machine can make paper cores from kraft paper roll. The paper roll have been cut into with small width. This machine can coat glue on paper and rotate it into paper core.The design concept is simple, compact and stable.
Finished product: all kinds of household paper tubes, packaging paper tubes, various small paper core tubes.
Features:
1. The main body is made of thick and heavy steel plate after CNC cutting and welding, the frame is stable and not easy to deform, and the vibration is small.
2. The main drive adopts hard tooth surface full oil bath chain drive, low noise, low heat, high speed and large torque.
3. The main motor adopts vector type high torque frequency converter for speed regulation.
4. The PLC control system is adopted to improve the cutting response speed, and the cutting length control is more accurate than before.
