DY-CD series metering masterbatch mixers are adaptable to auto-proportion mixing of new materials, regrinds, masterbatch or additives, adaptable to injection, extrusion or blow molding field. This series of models use DC brushless motors, which are mixed according to the pre-selected proportions. The conditions set by the all-digital microcomputer control system are automatically converted into speeds to directly drive precision screw extrusion materials. The deviation is not higher than ± 1. %. The product's motor reduction ratio is divided into two types: 30: 1 and 100: 1, and the screw diameter is divided into four types of 12, 16, 20, and 24mm. It can evolve into models that provide different output of 0.1-50kg / hr for customers to choose .
