Q1: What need to provide when send a RFQ?

A1: Demands PCB qty and detail specification(material, board thickness, copper thickness, finished surface, solder mask color, etc...)

Q2: What file format accept for production? What CAM software do you use?

A2: The file format RS-274-X RS-274-D DXP PADS CAD are accept for production.

The software we use CAM350, GENESIS, UCAM, GC-CAM, V-2000.

Q3: What’s the MOQ?

A3: There is no MOQ, 1pcs is acceptable,our advantage is high mix, small to mass production.

Q4: What’s your delivery time?

A4: We provide fast turn service, 48 hours for 2L, 3-4 days for 4L and 6L prototype.

And normal turn service,5-8 days for prototype, 10-13 days for mass production.

Q5: Are my files safe?

A5: Your files are held in complete safety and security.We protect the intellectual property for our customers in the whole process.. All documents from customers are never shared with any third parties.

Q6: What is your testing method and how you control the quality?
A6: AOI testing during process, 100% testing including flying probe test and fixture to ensure all the boards pass testing before shipping.
